The iberico bellota Cinco Jotas (5j) ham is coming from 100% iberian pigs. This means both progenitors, female and male, are pure iberian bellota breed. Cinco Jotas hams and shoulders are coming from the area of Jabugo (Huelva). All the 5j hams and shoulders are iberico bellota pata negra, which means its breed is pure iberian and the pigs have been only fed with acorns and natural pastures.
