The serrano ham is coming from white pigs. This type of hams and shoulders are feed with natural and authorised feeding during its fattening phase. Among serrano hams and shoulder types, the one with the longest curying period are those Gran Reserva. Gran reserva Serrano hams have been cured during 20 months minimum, while Gran reserva Serrano shoulders have been cured during 15 months minimum. Serrano Gran Reserva hams and shoulders may be sent whole with bone, boneless or sliced and vacuum-packed.
